Key Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CE solutions according to business requirements.
- Configure and customize entities, workflows, forms, and views within Dynamics CRM / CE.
- Develop and implement plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with other systems.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support Dynamics-based solutions, with specific focus on Dynamics CRM and Field Services.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support MSFT PowerApps applications that leverage the Dynamics and / or Power platforms.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support integrations between Dynamics and other systems, applications, etc.
- Design, develop, test, implement, and support AI-Dynamics-related solutions (e.g., CoPilot, etc.).
- Design and implement solutions for data migration, data integration, and data quality improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CE updates, releases, and best practices.
Technical Skills And Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM / CE Developer or similar role.Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM / CE architecture, customization, and development tools.Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.Experience with CRM integrations, web services (REST / SOAP), and API development.Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CE certifications are a plus.Skills Required
