About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to help us hire strong sales and call center specialists for our New Delhi office.

This is a remote position open to candidates across India.

You’ll be part of a professional international team, learn fast, and grow your income along with company success.

What You’ll Do

Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales and call center roles.

Manage communication with candidates : calls, messages, and interview coordination.

Use Naukri, foundit, Shine, Apna, WorkIndia, and other Indian job platforms.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers, adjusting profiles and expectations as needed.

Track results and performance; improve hiring speed and quality.

Requirements

6–18 months of experience in recruiting (sales / call center / BPO).

Understanding of Indian job market and sourcing tools.

Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Flexible, fast-learning, result-oriented, and good at communication.

Recruitment Process
