Job Title - ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location - Remote – India

Role Type - Contract (1-year)

Must Have Skills :

5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Supply Chain IT and ServiceNow CSM
Proven background supporting ServiceNow implementations, especially within the CSM module
Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written – for seamless collaboration with global teams
Willingness and ability to work across various time zones (APAC, EMEA, LATAM, US)
Excellent requirements gathering skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions for DevOps teams
ServiceNow certification preferred

Responsibilities and Job Details :

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for ServiceNow projects

Facilitate and document detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks

Focus on ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module to enhance supply chain and customer service workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones to ensure alignment and timely delivery

Support system design and configuration based on business input and technical feasibility

Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions using ServiceNow capabilities

Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies to ensure business needs are met throughout development

Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, user stories, and system specifications

Leverage ServiceNow learning credits to stay updated on platform enhancements

Help ensure successful transition and knowledge handover from current BA as contract ends

Work independently while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders

Operate within a flexible schedule that respects regional holidays and working hours
