To manage and supervise all aspects of the workers and staff accommodation camp at the construction site, ensuring proper housing, hygiene, discipline, food, safety, and overall welfare in compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications & Experience :

10+ years experience in camp management, preferably in large civil or building construction projects.

Knowledge of facility maintenance, hygiene, and labor welfare standards.

Familiarity with local authority regulations for labor accommodation.

Good communication and leadership skills (Hindi and basic English preferred).

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
