• Find out and convert the leads through field sales, in and around their designated city : Cochin or Calicut
• Qualify the leads given by the Marketing Team and understand their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions
• Be proficient at using a sales development platform to execute the outreach process consisting of phone, email and social touches
• Set qualified meetings and take a lead to closure. Must be able to close deals over the phone.
• Update lead and prospect activity in CRM
• Meet or exceed qualified lead quota every month
• Strive to continuously improve your sales development process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices  Required Candidate Profile
• 1+ Yrs experience in Field Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales
• Should be good in field sales, prospecting, nurturing leads & interacting with C level executives
• Excellent communication verbal / written. English and Malayalam are mandatory. Higher preference if they speak Hindi / Tamil / Telugu additionally.
• Good with using contact finding tools
