Salesforce Integration QA Engineer

Proven experience of 5+ years in Salesforce QA testing, with expertise in Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and large-scale integration projects.

• Strong proficiency in API testing, including REST and SOAP services, using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Extensive experience testing in manufacturing domain environments, validating complex workflows and data consistency.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, validation rules, and object relationships.
• Expertise in SQL and SOQL for data validation and test verification.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment processes.
• Proven ability to test third-party integrations with Salesforce, validating data synchronization and error handling.
• Excellent defect management skills, with experience using tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Web Automation Experience - Will be an added advantage.
