Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients to promote WEDDING ASIA’s services and offerings. Key responsibilities include answering inquiries, providing information to clients, maintaining records of calls and customer responses, and following up on leads. Ensuring exceptional communication to deliver a positive client experience will be central to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer service and telephone etiquette
• Ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and professionally
• Detail-oriented with basic data entry and record-keeping skills
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service roles is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
• Highly motivated with problem-solving abilities
