Zensar Technologies - Senior Analyst - Veeva Vault Platform

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for supporting all Veeva Vault-related go-to-market activities offshore, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
• Cooperate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and product teams, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, with prior experience in leading a team being essential.
• Provide comprehensive technical guidance and mentorship to development teams working on various Veeva Vault applications, including but not limited to RIMS (Regulatory Information Management System), Safety, Quality, Clinical, and PromoMats.
• Liaise directly with business stakeholders and clients to deeply understand their needs, pain points, and processes, translating them into robust technical requirements that best leverage the Veeva Vault platform's capabilities.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks effectively while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Support business development efforts, including actively supporting pre-sales activities, participating in sales calls to articulate technical solutions, and developing compelling proposals.
• Lead recruiting efforts and provide ongoing mentorship to new team members as per project and organizational requirements.
• Stay continuously updated with the latest advancements, features, and best practices in Veeva Vault and related life sciences technologies, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.
