We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to lead paid
digital campaigns for Outhouse. The role is focused on customer acquisition,
retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies while maintaining the
exclusivity of a luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Drive qualified traffic and conversions for e-commerce and offline stores.
- Manage budgets, bids, and ROI to maximize efficiency of ad spends.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and present actionable insights.
- Conduct A / B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaigns with luxury brand standards.
- Build remarketing and retention strategies to engage high-value customers.
- Stay updated with performance marketing trends and best practices in luxury retail.
Requirements :
3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget paid media campaigns.Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Ads Manager and attribution tools.Ability to balance data-driven decision making with luxury brand storytelling.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Skills Required
