edumerge is building the digital operating backbone for schools and colleges — unifying ERP, automation, communication, and AI-first productivity into a single platform.
We're profitable, growing at 60% YoY, and on a mission to reach ₹100 Cr ARR by Dec 2028 and IPO by 2030. We serve 200+ institutions and are expanding across India and the Middle East.
Now, we're rebuilding our product experience from the ground up — and we need a design lead to help us architect it.
Role SummaryWe're looking for a Product Designer who can own the end-to-end user experience — across students, teachers, EBs, principals, and parents.
This is a horizontal leadership role — not a UI-only or ticket-based execution seat.
You'll work directly with the CEO (Rajat) and Product Manager (Likith) to :
