Role Summary : We are seeking a seasoned HR leader (10-14 years) with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and driving Performance Management Systems (PMS), Organizational Development (OD), and Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing HRMS solutions to support these initiatives.
You will partner closely with leadership to align people processes with business strategy, build organizational capability, and embed performance and learning into our culture.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Organizational Development
- Develop and execute OD strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify development needs and gaps.
- Design programs for employee development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose issues for targeted interventions.
- Partner with HRBPs to integrate OD initiatives with HR programs.
2. Leadership Development
Manage flagship leadership development programs for mid and senior leaders.Address developmental needs at all levels, including senior leadership.Coordinate with external consultants and academic institutions.Facilitate executive coaching and 360-degree feedback processes.3. Capability Building
Evaluate current organizational capabilities and build future skills.Enhance managerial capabilities through targeted interventions.Measure ROI of learning programs and their impact on business outcomes.Promote on-the-job learning culture via mentoring and knowledge-sharing.Lead campus training programs for seamless transition into full-time roles.4. Change Management & Communication
Develop and execute change management strategies supporting organizational initiatives.Create communication plans, training programs, and employee engagement activities.5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Engage with business leaders, HR managers, and department heads.Manage relationships with external vendors, trainers, and universities.Required Qualifications & Skills :
Full-time MBA from a reputed business school; L&D / OD certifications (CIPD, SHRM, ASTD) preferred.10-14 years of progressive HR experience in medium to large organizations.Proven expertise in OD and HRMS / HRIS systems, especially modules around performance, learning, appraisals, and reporting.Experience in designing and delivering training / workshops.Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and leadership development.Analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.Change management expertise; stakeholder influence at all levels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working across multiple locations or remote teams is a plus.Compensation : INR 12-15 LPA CTC
