E-commerce & Digital Creative Executive (White Goods Industry)

Location : Client Office – NCR (On-site)

Experience : 2–5 years

About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven professional to manage e-commerce brand presence, performance creatives, photoshoots and website UI / UX and backend for a leading client in the consumer durables category. The ideal candidate understands how design, communication, and commerce meet to drive sales and brand affinity online.

Key Responsibilities :

E-commerce Management :

Manage product listings, images, and descriptions across major platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, Tata Cliq, Myntra, Zepto, Blinkit, brand D2C website, etc.)

Coordinate with marketplaces and agencies for campaigns, offers, and content updates

Track and optimize product visibility, pricing, and reviews

Monitor platform performance metrics and share insights to drive conversions

Creative & Communication

Conceptualize and brief digital-first creatives for e-commerce, quick commerce, and social (Amazon A+ pages, banner ads, etc.)

Coordinate with designers for performance-driven creatives — static, video, and GIF formats

Maintain visual and tonality consistency across digital assets

Support ATL / BTL campaigns with product visuals, landing pages, and ad copies

Website & D2C Handling

Oversee regular content updates on the brand’s website and D2C shop

Manage CMS tools (Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento preferred)

Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion rate

Liaise with tech and design teams for UI / UX improvements

Analytics & Coordination

Use tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards for performance tracking

Coordinate with cross-functional teams – marketing, brand, design, and agency partners

Share weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media

2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (preferably in white goods / appliances / electronics)

Strong understanding of platform algorithms, product cataloguing, and digital campaigns

Familiar with CMS platforms and digital ad tools

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Eye for detail and design aesthetics

Good to Have

Experience managing omnichannel digital presence

Exposure to quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart)

Knowledge of performance marketing creatives and product photography guidelines
