About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is strong with numbers, communicates clearly in English, and can manage bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and ownership. Experience working with US-based clients and familiarity with QuickBooks is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Organize receipts, statements, and supporting documentation
• Prepare and update financial reports on a regular basis
• Ensure timely invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and vendor management
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external accountants as needed
