RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support brand management initiatives for key products primarily in the Gastro segment, and additionally for Nephro, Ortho, and Physician specialties.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Focus on therapy shaping initiatives to strengthen brand positioning and engagement with HCPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of brand plans.
- Utilize scientific knowledge to create effective communication and promotional strategies.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to drive data-based decision-making.
- Manage high-volume brands (minimum ₹60–80 Cr.+) with accountability for growth, profitability, and market performance.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical marketing standards.
