As a Digital Learning Developer in the Operational Learning team, you will be instrumental in creating engaging digital learning solutions that support business upskilling. You will work in a dynamic environment, balancing startup-like agility with the structured scale of a Fortune 50 enterprise.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop impactful digital learning solutions
• Use agile development tools and processes to create engaging and interactive learning content, such as : e-learning courses, infographics, animations, simulations, assessments, microlearnings, and learning-games
• Ensure training content adheres to audio / visual technical specification, as well as brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and industry best practices
• Work on multiple large scale projects with multiple stakeholders as part of a global Learning Development team
• Produce high quality solutions and maintain project schedules consistently
