Quantity Surveyor

Job Overview :

Responsible for drawings measurement, quantities calculation and control of all disciplines ,which will serve projects and on going proposal for cost forecast.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing technical documentation required for the submission of proposals.
• Measurement and estimation of all discipline quantities for consultation with subcontractors.
• Measurements of the IFC drawings of the project to provide executed quantities.
• Carrying out the consolidation of measurements from different subcontractors.
• Supporting the Cost Control and Quantity Surveying leader in projects.
• Supporting the Subcontract Administration Team in projects.
• Supporting the elaboration of applicable corporate documentation.
• Collaborating with colleagues in the professional development of the group.
• Skills required for Autocad, MS Office.
• Required for minimum 2 to 5 Years of experience.

Position can be based at both Chennai or Bangalore.
