Hiring for Associate / Assistant Manager for leading Fashion E-Commerce Company

Designation – Asst / Associate Mgr

Location : Bangalore

CTC : 12-13 LPA

Responsibilities :

 Manage inventory flow for the entire category, ensuring availability of top-selling styles at all times.

 Daily, weekly monthly dashboards management.

 Monitor product performance and take timely corrective actions.

 Manage and optimize brand visibility and presentation on the platform to drive conversion.

 Ensure high sell-through rates and on-time buying (OTB) fulfilment.

 Onboard new vendors, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to company standards and processes.

 Coordinate with vendors daily, conducting regular catchups to align on pricing & discounting as per brand direction.

 Build and maintain strong vendor and brand relationships to ensure smooth operations.

 Track inwards and go-live to ensure timely product launches.

Key Requirements :

 4–5 years of experience in seller handling / junior buying / junior planning, preferably within

women’s apparel.

 Strong fashion and trend sensibility paired with strong analytical acumen.

 Excellent planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

 Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem is desirable.
