Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).

Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, or similar databases.

Familiarity with JWT, OAuth, and other authentication / authorization mechanisms.

Understanding of deployment processes and CI / CD workflows.

Proficient with tools like Postman, Git, and Docker.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with TypeScript.

Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture.

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai).

Prior experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
