Job Title :

US IT Sales Manager / IT Software Sales Executive

(Must have experience in IT Sales)

Location :

India (Night Shift – supporting US Clients)

Job Summary :

The IT Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities in the US market, promoting software products and IT solutions, building long-term relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong communication, sales, and technology understanding to sell complex IT solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and target new business opportunities in the US IT and software market.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and client meetings.

Present IT products, software solutions, and services to potential clients.

Prepare and deliver professional product demos, proposals, and sales presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors).

Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop tailored solutions.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.

Track and report on sales performance and pipeline using CRM tools.

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).

Proven ability to sell software products, IT solutions, or digital transformation services.

Strong understanding of software sales lifecycle and B2B IT sales process.

Experience in dealing with US clients and working across multiple time zones.

Knowledge of technologies such as Cloud, SaaS, ERP, CRM, AI, or IT services (preferred).

Strong negotiation, networking, and consultative selling skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT (MBA preferred).

1–5 years of proven experience in IT Software Sales / IT Services Sales / US Market Sales.

Compensation :

Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives.

Work Schedule :

Night Shift (US EST / PST time zones).

Monday to Friday.
