Senior Automation Testing

• 6–8 years of experience in software testing, with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing .
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks across multiple tools and technologies.
• Hands-on experience in developing automation frameworks and writing test scripts using tools such as Test Complete, ACCELQ, Ready API, Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, TESTRAIL, etc .
• Proficient in Java, JavaScript, Gherkin or any other programming language.
• Exposure to a range of automation tools for UI, API, and performance testing.
• Experience in creating customized reports and integrating them with test management systems.
• In-depth knowledge of test design techniques, QA methodologies, and SDLC (Agile & Waterfall).
• Strong skills in database technologies like SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of CI / CD processes and hands-on contribution to automation in CI / CD pipelines
• Responsibilities :
• Lead the design and execution of both manual and automated test cases for Desktop, web, and API-based applications.
• Analyze requirements and identify high-impact test scenarios for automation.
• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks suited for different types of applications and platforms.
• Track, report, and manage defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, product, and DevOps to ensure quality across the lifecycle.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Provide mentoring or technical guidance to junior QA members if needed.
• Clearly communicate test strategies, plans, and results to stakeholders.
