The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the shipping domain to join our team at Hapag-Lloyd Technology Centre (HLTC). This role focuses on leading requirements gathering and solution design for global products and applications related to the export booking process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and efficient software solutions that support modern shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Lead requirements gathering and solution design for global shipping products and applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, product owners, and development teams.

Analyze and document business processes, user stories, and use cases.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with development teams.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements.

Participate in the full product lifecycle : concept, development, deployment, and support.

Apply Agile and Product methodologies to drive delivery.

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress and challenges.
