Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and customize applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and process owners to deliver scalable solutions that improve IT Service Management (ITSM), automation, and enterprise workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, notifications, and integrations.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules as needed.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations using APIs, REST / SOAP web services, and third-party connectors.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and user guides.
• Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.
