Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Agent at Dotok Communications in Bengaluru. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for communication, customer service, customer support, sales, and training activities on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Prefer Fresher / Experienced candidate
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales and customer support is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Language preference - English & Hindi
• Package 18000 to 25000
• Additionally, incentive will be provided (5000 to 15000)
