Job descriptionLead the design of end-to-end user journeys : discovery, purchase, checkout, and post-purchase Translate insights from user research and data analytics into actionable design solutions Balance delightful aesthetics with functional usability to optimize customer experience and Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to deliver impactful product experiences. Influence roadmap prioritisation by advocating for user needs and design impact on business metrics. Collaborate with brand & communication design to ensure digital product experiences reflect the Licious brand ethos. Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product design team (UI, UX, Research, Design Ops) Set up processes, tools, and best practices for design delivery at scale Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and craft excellence 10+ years of design experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Proven track record of building and scaling design teams in consumer internet / ecommerce / Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in product design, brand design, and holistic consumer Expertise in design systems, user research, and design operations. Ability to balance business goals, user needs, and creative vision. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Passion for consumer brands, food, and creating delightful experiences. B.Des / M.Des or a degree in relevant domain
