Job descriptionDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronics issues. Replace defective parts such as needles, sinkers, cams, Bearing etc. Identify and fix machine breakdowns quickly to minimize downtime. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective Adjust machine settings for different knitting pattern and fabric types. Work closely with the production and quality department to meet quality Interact with machine manufacturers, part suppliers and service providers for Maintain comprehensive logs, including service histories, parts replaced and Oversee the procurement and inventory of spare parts, tools and equipment Lead, train and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and staffs. Follow safety guideline and standard operating procedures. Experience in welding, lathe operation, or fabrication work will be an added Education : Class 10 / 12 / Diploma / ITI / Engineering in Mechanical or Textile. Experience : 3-4 years of experience in textile machinery maintenance (Flat Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of machine overhauling and maintenance procedures. Ability to work independently and within a team. Good understanding of safety protocols and equipment handling.
