Job Description

Job Title : DLP Specialist (Force point & Crowdstrike )

Experience : 2 to 4 years

CTC : 4 LPA to 6 LPA (up to 6.5 LPA based on experience)

Location : Chennai

Interview Mode : Virtual

Skills Set : Force point and Crowdstrike , cybersecurity, endpoint.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implementation and Configuration :

  • Lead the deployment and configuration of Forcepoint DLP and CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection solutions.
  • Fine-tune the configurations to align with organizational security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements and customize security solutions for DLP and endpoint protection.
  • Configure DLP policies, classifications, and rules in Forcepoint to ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements.
  • Install and configure CrowdStrike Falcon agents on endpoints, ensuring smooth integration with the company’s IT infrastructure.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork :
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Compliance, etc.) to implement the required security solutions.
  • Assist in defining the security framework and process improvements related to DLP and Endpoint Protection .
  • Monitoring & Reporting :
  • Monitor and analyze DLP and CrowdStrike alerts for any security incidents or anomalies.
  • Provide timely reporting on the status and effectiveness of DLP and endpoint protection solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Support :
  • Resolve issues related to Forcepoint and CrowdStrike implementations and configurations.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teams regarding DLP and endpoint protection solutions.
  • Documentation :
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation regarding configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of Forcepoint DLP and CrowdStrike Falcon .
  • Document security best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for future reference.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 2-4 years in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in implementing and managing Forcepoint DLP and CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection .
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of Data Loss Prevention , Endpoint Protection , security policies, and compliance regulations.
  • Skills : Expertise in configuring DLP policies, classifications, and endpoint protection tools. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to these technologies.
  • Certifications : Preferred but not required – Certifications in cybersecurity or DLP technologies (such as Forcepoint DLP certification, CrowdStrike certification, etc.).
  • Soft Skills : Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical details clearly.
