Job description3-4 years in Product Design (Saa S / Dev Tools preferred). Strong portfolio showing UX clarity and visual polish. Ability to simplify technical concepts into clean, modern UI. Comfortable in high-ownership, rapid-iteration environments. Experience designing dashboards or system-level UI is a plus. Design a mission-critical product used by high-growth startups. Work directly with founders and influence product direction from day zero. High ownership, fast learning, and rapid shipping culture. Opportunity to grow into Head of Design as the company scales.

Role Overview
We’re hiring a Product Designer to turn complex security workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces. You’ll work directly with founders, drive end-to-end design, and lay the UX foundation for a fast-moving cybersecurity product.
What You’ll Do
- Own design end-to-end : research → wireframes → UI → interactions.
- Build simple, high-clarity experiences for technical users (Dev Ops, CTOs, founders).
- Translate complex security flows into elegant dashboards and workflows.
- Partner with product & engineering to ship fast and iterate.
- Create Osto’s design system, visual identity, and UX patterns.
- Bring user insights into product decisions with lightweight research.
