Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Global Capability Center Advisory
The GCC Advisory Leader will lead the practice responsible for developing, selling and delivering our GCC advisory services specifically to Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India and beyond.
This leader will drive the development and delivery of high-impact consulting solutions, guide clients through the full GCC lifecycle (strategy, setup, transformation, optimization), and position the organization as a trusted advisor in the GCC sector. The role requires deep consulting experience, strong client relationship skills, and a proven ability to lead complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Growth
Build and manage the GCC advisory practice, including hiring, mentoring, and developing a high-performing consulting team.
Define and execute the practice's vision, go-to-market strategy, and service offerings for GCC clients.
Drive business growth through client acquisition, solution innovation, and expansion of market presence.
Client Advisory & Engagement Delivery
Lead end-to-end advisory engagements for GCC clients, covering strategy, operating model design, setup, transformation, and optimization.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, providing actionable insights and co-creating solutions to address complex challenges.
Ensure delivery excellence, measurable outcomes, and high client satisfaction across all engagements.
Thought Leadership & Market Development
Develop and publish thought leadership, frameworks, and best practices on GCC trends, operating models, and transformation.
Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client events as a subject matter expert.
Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform service offerings and client strategies.
4. Solution Innovation & Capability Building
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, operations, HR, legal, real estate) to design and deliver integrated solutions for GCC clients.
Continuously enhance consulting methodologies, tools, and playbooks based on client feedback and market evolution.
Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the advisory practice.
5. Stakeholder Management & Governance
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry bodies.
Oversee governance, compliance, and risk management for all advisory engagements.
Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership on practice performance, client outcomes, and market opportunities
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Experience in Core Consulting (Big 4 preferred) focused on selling advisory, transformation, technology, and / or outsourcing services.
Proven record of accomplishment of success in selling to Global Capability Centers or similar organizations.
Experience working with large enterprises and multinational corporations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and drive a high-performance sales team.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sales strategies.
