Main responsibilities
Lead and develop a high performing team responsible for the services included in Identity Governance. Provide clarity of purpose, performance and priorities with the members in your team.Ownership of the outcome - Drive the delivery of the capabilities within the scope of Digital Identity Governance team including team management, planning, backlog management and continues follow up.Ensure compliance and governance – Accountability for ensuring service meets internal and external compliance requirements (e.g. security, risk, audit, sustainability).Delivering consistent and high-quality service experience, ensuring a coherent consumer journey - managing the service delivery with definition of service requirements and delivery plans in alignment with security standards, business needs and architectural principlesManage supplier contact of services within the scope of Digital Identity Governance to ensure state-of-the-art user support experienceStakeholder centered leadership - Representing the services consumers across the organization. Understanding pain-points and opportunities based on continuous stakeholder dialoguesClose collaboration with Product Owners, Product Manager and Domain Management to secure joint delivery plans and service excellenceDo you fit the profile?

Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, and at least 10+ years of related field and work experience within Identity and Access Management (AD, Entra ID, Identity and Access Management, PKI, PAM and Password vault)A solid track record of successfully managing teams within Identity and Access Management in enterprise or large-scale environmentsCan be a role model and mentor of Volvo Cars culture, promoting work-life balance while still delivering a premium product where safety and security are never compromisedBe the driver of continues improvement, innovation and questioning status Quo.
