Job description
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing markets.
Monitor team performance and provide continuous training and support to drive performance.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
Conduct regular sales reviews, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design lead-generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, colleges, educators, and corporate partners.
Prepare and present business proposals and solutions to prospective clients.
Ensure CRM data integrity and timely reporting of sales metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
3-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the EdTech, education, or training sector.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Willingness to travel as required.
