Job description15-18 years of total IT experience, with 6+ years in cloud architecture and engineering. Hands-on expertise with a wide range of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, ECS / EKS, and more- Include Step Function, API Gateway, Glue, SageMaker - Include Design Patterns Strong background in system design, microservices architecture, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and networking. Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK. Deep knowledge of DevOps practices and tools like Jenkins, Git, Ansible, and CI / CD pipelines. Proven experience in leading cloud transformation and migration programs. Strong understanding of security controls, identity management, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, HIPAA, SOC2). Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) is a plus. AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional (mandatory / preferred depending on org). AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or other relevant AWS certifications. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience working in agile delivery environments (Scrum / SAFe). Exposure to multi-cloud strategies (Azure, GCP) is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to drive decisions in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced AWS Cloud Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in AWS services, enterprise architecture, cloud migration, and DevOps practices. This is a strategic role involving close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define, architect, and implement enterprise-grade AWS cloud solutions across a wide range of projects.
- Lead cloud adoption strategies, assessments, and migration plans for legacy and on-premise systems.
- Work with application, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and scalable architectures.
- Design for high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance using AWS native tools.
- Define and enforce best practices for cloud security, compliance, cost optimization, and automation.
- Oversee the CI / CD process, infrastructure as code (IaC), and DevOps implementation.
- Serve as the cloud subject matter expert (SME) for executive leadership and technical teams.
- Mentor and guide junior architects, engineers, and development teams.
- Stay up to date on the latest AWS services and industry trends to influence future solutions.
