The role

Key Responsibilities :

• Test standard and custom products and hardware to assess functionality, performance and reliability.
• Serve as a primary source for problem identification and improvement.
• Select testing specifications for new and existing program product solutions.
• Ensure testing procedures comply with industry standards.
• Document procedures for all phases of testing and test results.
• Improve and automate the test methodology.
• Manage large projects or processes with limited oversight from the manager.
• Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.
• Address difficult and often complex problems.
