About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team at Daten Technology Solution . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology hiring landscape and experience sourcing, screening, and onboarding top IT talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology positions (sourcing to onboarding).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess technical fit.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.
Required Skills and Experience
1–4 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT services or product-based hiring preferred).Strong understanding of various technology roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
