Role Description : -

This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Representative located in Zirakpur, Mohali district. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities : -

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Capable of communicating regularly with clients to report specified duties and other activities.
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Account Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
