Finance Officer

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for :

Accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Reconciling supplier, subcontractor, and employee timesheet data.
• Process expense claims, credit card transactions, and weekly payroll.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Support month-end processes, including reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare basic financial reports, debtor reviews, and ad hoc finance tasks.
• Provide support to the Finance Manager and the wider finance team.
• 3+ years experience working in the construction sector in a finance position or similar
• Proficient in Xero
• Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial processes.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
