Job descriptionPrepare and process sales invoices. Track invoice status, share with stakeholders, and ensure documentation accuracy. Regularly follow up for outstanding payments with clients / vendors. Maintain and update ageing reports and follow-up trackers. Conduct bank reconciliation and post payments. Maintain files of vouchers, receipts, bills, work orders, and agreements. Assist with GST / TDS workings, tax filings, and audit preparation. Provide monthly financial reports, expense summaries, and cash flow statements. Coordinate with management for financial insights and data support. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (preferred : B.Com / M.Com). 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (freshers with strong learning ability may apply). Mandatory knowledge of Tally ERP. Working proficiency in MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, organisational discipline, and follow-up skills. Accountability and ownership. Time management and multitasking ability. Strong communication and problem-solving mindset.

Chronicle Ventures is seeking a reliable and detail-driven Accountant to manage daily accounting operations and support financial efficiency across our business verticals. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally and capable of maintaining accurate records, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and ledger management.
