Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TPA Claims Specialist focusing on Domestic Insurance at Organo Mart in Mumbai. The TPA Claims Specialist will handle claims processing, verification, and settlement. The specialist will interact with customers to address their claims-related queries and work closely with insurance brokers to facilitate claim approvals. The role also involves maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with insurance policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Handle Cashless and Reimbursement Claims.
• Experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Finance and claims processing
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
