• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities across engineering and design .
• Source, engage, and nurture candidates through LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and other channels .
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Share market insights and regular updates on sourcing progress.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage.
