Digital Content Specialist

Job descriptionEnsure all content aligns with Potafo's brand voice and strategic goals. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and marketers to co-create visual and written assets. Apply SEO and keyword strategies to optimize content for digital reach. Edit and proofread for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor content. Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of professional writing experience (preferably both technical and digital). Strong command of English with the ability to explain complex ideas simply. Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and CMS platforms. Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. A key role in shaping Potafo’s communication across platforms. Opportunities to work on diverse content projects. Mentorship from experienced marketers, designers, and product teams. About the Role
Potafo Technologies is looking for a skilled and versatile Content Writer to join our growing team. This role requires a balance of technical clarity and creative storytelling. As our in-house writer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that educates, informs, and engages audiences across multiple platforms.

- Research, write, and edit accurate and engaging content across formats, including :
Website and landing page copy
Product overviews and feature explainers
Educational blogs and thought leadership articles
Internal guides, documentation, and process notes
Social media captions and short-form content
