Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a US Healthcare Process (Voice) role.

Act as a liaison between insurance companies / law firms and medical facilities (hospitals, clinics, doctors).

Perform timely follow-ups on the medical records of patients discharged from partner medical institutions.

Ensure all medical documents are collected and submitted within specified deadlines.

Engage in pure voice-based communication with stakeholders.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism in all interactions.

Eligibility Criteria :

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in a US healthcare voice process)
• Employment gap should not exceed 3 months
• No negative salary hike in previous roles
• Maximum salary offered : ₹35,000 (in-hand)
• Must have a proper exit (green exit) from the previous organization
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Healthcare domain will be a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in healthcare or related field is a plus
