Role Summary
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Manager of B2B Sales to drive the revenue and growth of our specialized Research Products and Services division. This role requires a proven commercial leader focused on hands-on sales execution, selling complex market intelligence, industry research reports, and specialized KPO / data services to senior-level executives.
Key Requirements
- Experience : 4 to 8 years of B2B sales success, with significant experience in the Market Intelligence, Industry Research, Online Databases, or KPO / Data Services sectors.
- Education : Graduate degree required. Postgraduate qualification (MBA or PGDM) is an added advantage.
Core Responsibilities
As a key commercial driver in this division, your primary responsibilities will cover three key areas :
1. Strategic Execution & GTM Planning
Drive Strategy : Oversee the end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, including research report planning, multi-channel marketing development, and promotional material creation (brochures, decks).Mentorship & Process : Provide guidance and support to junior sales staff on best practices, deal structuring, and market positioning.2. Revenue Generation & Key Account Management
Executive Engagement : Directly engage and build rapport with C-level executives and senior decision-makers within client organizations to secure large, complex contracts.Deal Closure : Take ownership of the full sales cycle for multi-product and multi-service deals, driving negotiation and successful closure.Client Relationship Management : Cultivate, strengthen, and manage relationships with existing key accounts, proactively identifying and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the research and data portfolio.3. Performance & Growth
Target Achievement : Be directly accountable for achieving and exceeding ambitious, aggressive annual and quarterly sales quotas.Market Analysis : Utilize a strong understanding of market dynamics to map competitive landscapes and identify new revenue opportunities across sectors.Candidate Profile & Essential Skills
