What You’ll Do

• Conduct industry outreach and open market inquiries with senior and mid-level professionals
• Research target companies, including business models, ESG practices, management backgrounds, leadership profiles, operations, supply-chains, financial practices and third-party relationships
• Draft structured, client-facing research reports for private equity and investment banking clients
• Execute cold calling / open-source market enquiries to gather intelligence with minimal supervision
• Support the firm’s analyst development by contributing to internal training and process refinement

Compensation

💼 Consultant : INR 5–6.5 LPA + performance-linked variable component

All compensation levels are aligned with current market standards and will reflect the candidate’s experience, writing proficiency, and depth of research exposure.
