• Hands- on experience in synthesis and formulations of adhesives based on

Polyurethane chemistry (PU : 1K, 2K, PUD) and water-based Acrylic

• Design, development and scale-up expertise in PSA, Lamination, Packaging,

water-based adhesives technologies

• Handled emulsion polymer synthesis, based on VAM, VAM-Acrylic and Acrylic

emulsions at lab, pilot as well as plant scale.

• Expertise in adhesive performance evaluation, benchmarking, product mapping.
• Expertise in data collection, reporting and data presentation. Sound knowledge

of polymer chemistry, adhesive & coating technology
