A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a driven Account Executive to accelerate its expansion. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on new customer acquisition, managing high-velocity deal pipelines, and driving consistent growth in a collaborative and agile environment.
The product is a flexible, enterprise-ready solution used by technical and non-technical teams across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-moving setup, is confident handling complex sales cycles, and is comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders across the buying journey.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end sales process from outreach to close.Conduct product demonstrations, discovery calls, and proof-of-concept discussions.Manage contract negotiations and close high-value deals with decision-makers.Collaborate with internal teams including Solutions, Marketing, and Customer Success.Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic follow-ups.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Requirements
6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of new business acquisition.Proven ability to close deals ranging from $25K to $100K ARR.Experience running stakeholder mapping, technical evaluations, and commercial negotiations.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Prior exposure to working with technical buyer personas is a plus.
