Store Learning & Development

  • Accountable for ensuring Succession Pipeline is identified and developed for all key roles across Restaurants.
  • Ensuring development of Top Talent to Operations Consultant role along with developing and transitioning of new Restaurant Managers.
  • Coordinates classes and training sessions and measures the impact of training classes on the restaurant results through student evaluations.
  • Conducts training that motivates, builds competencies, and improves the individual's performance and contribution to restaurant results.
  • Responsible to ensure on time roll out of new product / initiatives in the market.
  • Communicates and provides feedback to restaurant management, regarding the success and opportunities for people development & People Processes
  • Sets Training standards to be adhered to by the restaurants. Owns and establishes training minimum and standards
  • Training Need Analysis for the Market and People GAP Analysis
  • Develops metrics / process to track adherence to training processes across stores to ensure standardisation.
  • Evaluates & Assesses People Knowledge for Key restaurant roles in the Market
  • Should possess good relationship and networking skills within the Market and with the Internal Stakeholders / Functional Heads (Internally)
  • Should be able to deal with ambiguity
  • Should be assertive and pro-active in approach
