- Support new product development across the product categories, including pastry, bakery,
desserts, sandwiches, savouries, chocolate, and beverages
Study market trends and contribute to ideationRecipe development, documentation, and costingDefine product presentation standardsCreate SOPs to productionise standard recipes on a large scaleTrain the production teams on standard recipes and SOPsSupporting marketing in development of product descriptions, packaging, photo shoots, andproduct demo videos.
Candidate Profile - :
Hotel Management graduate with 7-8 years of experience in five-star hotels and / orpremium food retail
Strong experience in pastry and bakeryExposure to hot & cold kitchen and general management of kitchenSkills & AttitudeStrong alignment to Values & ethical principlesStrong technical understanding in pastry making and bakery
