Your Impact

As an Azure Cloud & DevOps Lead / Architect, you will drive the design, implementation, and governance of large-scale, high-performance eCommerce platforms on Azure. You will lead a team of DevOps engineers, oversee mission-critical infrastructure, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of cloud-native solutions. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to shape the organization’s cloud and DevOps strategy.

Your Role Will Include :

Leading the implementation, optimization, and governance of Azure cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Designing scalable, reliable, and high-performing eCommerce solutions.

Providing hands-on expertise with Kafka, in-memory databases, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Kubernetes (K8s), and Akamai.

Ensuring compliance with security standards and industry best practices.

Managing and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.

Driving governance initiatives, including policy development, enforcement, and compliance monitoring.

Overseeing release management, CI / CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

Leading agile / scrum ceremonies and ensuring effective adoption of agile practices.

Building / adapting tools and platforms that empower engineering teams to manage infrastructure autonomously.

Defining and executing the long-term cloud & DevOps strategy for the organization.

Handling critical incidents (P0 issues) with a strong ownership mindset, including night / weekend support.

Documenting solutions, presenting strategies, and leading discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Acting as a hands-on engineer when required, ensuring frameworks and infrastructure are scalable and robust.

Implementing DR strategies and ensuring high availability, elasticity, and observability of platforms.

What You Bring :

Azure Certified Solutions Architect (mandatory).

10+ years in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and software development, with leading teams .

Proven experience on large-scale eCommerce projects .

Hands-on expertise with Kafka, Aerospike, MongoDB Atlas, Kubernetes (K8s), Akamai, and in-memory databases .

Strong proficiency in Linux and Python scripting .

Expertise in CI / CD pipelines, release management, and deployment automation .

Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM templates).

Experience implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) and monitoring / observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).

Strong understanding of cloud security best practices .

Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills to manage large teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Bachelor’s and master's degree in engineering or related field.
