Job description

Oracle EPM Consultant :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud and / or Hyperion applications.
  • Configure, develop, and customize EPM modules including but not limited to Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Close.
  • Perform business requirement gathering, gap analysis, functional design, and system configuration.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Oracle EPM best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on data integration and automation using EPM Integration Agent or Data Management tools.
  • Work directly with clients to deliver solutions, provide support, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities – RFP responses, solution demos, client presentations, and proposal creation.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 7-14 years of experience working with Oracle EPM Cloud and / or Hyperion Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with 2–3 full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong functional understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Experience configuring and customizing modules like Planning, FCCS, EPBCS, or PBCS.
  • Technical skills in Smart View, Calculation Manager, Data Management, and Business Rules.
  • Solid understanding of financial consolidation, chart of accounts, and GL integrations.
  • Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
