We are looking for a skilled Full Stack development Lead to lead our web development projects from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical ability with creative problem-solving and leadership skills to deliver high-performing, visually stunning digital experiences.

As a Full Stack Development Lead, you will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and developers to build responsive, scalable, and user-centric websites and web applications while maintaining high code quality and development standards.

What You'll Do

Lead a team of full-stack developers in building and maintaining web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend) .

Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Review code, mentor team members, and ensure best practices in development, testing, and deployment.

Manage CI / CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption where beneficial.

Frontend : React, TypeScript, Redux, REST APIs

Backend : Python, Django / Flask / FastAPI

Database : PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

DevOps : Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD (GitHub Actions / Jenkins), AWS / GCP

Other : Git, Agile / Scrum, RESTful and GraphQL APIs

What We're Looking For

Proven experience of minimum 5+ Years as a Full Stack Developer or Engineering Lead .

Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend practices.

Solid backend experience with Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

Experience designing and managing scalable cloud deployments.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Passion for clean code, performance, and developer productivity.

Nice To Have

Experience with microservices architecture.

Exposure to machine learning or data-driven applications.

Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced environments.
