Job description
1. Responsible for providing L1 support for Nice CXONE related Incidents and Service Requests
2. Duties and responsibilities include handling calls, providing support, troubleshooting and ensuring customer satisfaction using varies channels (Voice, Chat, Email and Web)
3. Experience in Nice CXONE contact center solution
4. Nice CXONE contact center L1 / L1.5 troubleshooting skill for Access, Call, License and Performance related issues
5. Leverage knowledgebase to troubleshoot the issues and route the tickets to respective support groups accordingly
6. ITIL Certification
